All materials provided by Green-Fly Media to complete project (except wall mounting hardware). There is a 25$ per participant fee for this program due at start of program. February 22nd 6:30 PM                   Feeding Wildlife: Feeding wildlife can be harmful or beneficial depending on how and when it is done. Learn some good feeds for wildlife, what not to feed and who not to feed in this 1 hour class. We will be making some simple recipes to demonstrate. This is a free class, bring along $5.00 to purchase a copy of ‘Planting a Refuge for Wildlife’ to take home. Please register at (352) 754-6722, space is limited.

February 24th 8:00 AM                   Birding with Audubon: A volunteer from Hernando Audubon Society will be at the Conservation Center at 8 AM to begin an observation session in the Bird and Butterfly garden before hitting the trails. This program is free, no registration required. Loaner binoculars and field guides available for new birders. Program runs until 11 AM.



February 25th 10:00 AM                 Meet Merida from the movie, Brave: Merida will be reading the book Brave at 10:30 AM. Activities for children of all ages will take place from 10 until 1:00 PM. Activities include ‘Be a Bear’ program, crafts and archery for ages 8+. Free event, no need to register.
