Hernando County Utilities Water Awareness Series Offers Free Class

Hernando County residents are invited to attend “Native Edible Landscapes and Reading Palms” on Friday, February 10, 2017, 10:00am – 12:00pm at the Hernando County Utilities new location, 15365 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, 34613. Rita Grant, of Hernando County Native Plants Society will show many wonderful wild foods available in Florida. Also, Jim Davis, Horticulture Agent from Sumter County Extension Service will share detailed information on the palms that grow in central Florida.
